How do I prepare my body for a boudoir shoot?
2-3 days prior
- Get a manicure and a pedicure so your nails look divine
- If you’re planning a haircut do it
- Drink plenty of water and eat healthily
- Organise a facial.
- Finalise and lay out your outfits
On the day
- Arrive with no makeup, and a clean moisturised face.
- Apply moisturiser to your whole body
- Choose loose fitting clothing that doesn’t leave marks on your skin.
- No self tanner or fake tanner – it will leave lines in your photos
- Drink plenty of water and eat a light snack to ensure you’re energetic and hydrated
- Allow plenty of time to arrive a few minutes early.
